Order Processing & Production Time
Since each item is custom-made on demand, there's a production time involved before your order ships.

Production Time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be produced. During peak seasons or for complex items, this may extend slightly.

Order Status: You'll receive email updates as your order progresses, including when it's confirmed, in production, and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Standard Shipping (within the US): Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly, ranging from 7-21 business days or more, depending on the destination country's customs processes and local postal services.
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, unforeseen delays due to carrier issues, customs, or extreme weather are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates through our Printify partnership.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different Printify facilities or fulfilled by different Printify Choice partners. This means your order might arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for a re-shipping fee.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed and returned to Printify, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges
